Job Title: Business Operations Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be operations-driven and comfortable with multitasking. This role involves outbound calling, maintaining and reconciling daily sales data, and supporting day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to clients/customers as needed

Maintain and update daily sales and operational data in internal systems

Reconcile data across various platforms to ensure accuracy

Assist in preparing reports and performance dashboards

Support the operations team in day-to-day tasks

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of business processes

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related fields

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets

Good attention to detail and ability to multitask

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
