Job Overview:
We are looking for a Junior IT Engineer (Hardware) to provide on-site technical support across different locations in Delhi/NCR. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, basic networking issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems. The candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (CPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, etc.)
• Provide support for basic networking issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
• Handle OS installation, formatting, and driver setup (Windows primarily)
• Attend service calls at client locations within Delhi/NCR
• Maintain and update service reports and logs
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalation
• Ensure timely closure of support tickets
