β’ Experience: Freshers / Fresh Graduates / Post-graduates eager to start their HR career.
β’ Your Role:
β’ Assist the TA team in sourcing resumes and scheduling interviews.
β’ Conduct rigorous telephonic and preliminary screenings to evaluate candidates on core competencies, technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
β’ Schedule and coordinate technical, managerial, and final leadership rounds of interviews, ensuring seamless communication between hiring managers and candidates.
β’ Maintain candidate databases and trackers.
