Executive Hiring is looking for a Manager - HR for an MNC FMCG based at Kolkata.
Post Grad in HRM from XL / TISS/SIBM/SCMHRD/ MDI, Gurgaon with 3-4 years of work experience in the areas of Talent Devp, Performance Mgmt. in an FMCG / ecommerce / Telecom is mandatory.
The Role :
- Work closely the Leaders to finalize Strategic HR agenda for Business transformation through organization Design, Superior talent Management, highly engaging workforce for delivery of Business transformative agenda.
- Ensures the right number and quality of required profiles are recruited and inducted in line with the business requirements (in required)
- Benchmark and maintain data on recruitment costs, processes and practices on an ongoing basis
- Manage and maintain external interfaces with recruitment agencies, and consultants.
- Driving culture towards high performance and accountability
- Anchor talent identification & review processes for the organisation.
- Identify significant people related interventions that contribute to enhanced performance/culture building and managing change at SBU HO and locations to design appropriate strategies for implementation.
- Develop & deploy talent identification processes and work towards institutionalizing the same through line managers.
- Work with line managers to drive engagement & commitment agenda.
