Minimum of 14 years previous experience and 5 years of Head chef experience
You'll be working group of companies, comprising of 4 brands. Mainly in continental menu, but also 2 brands including Indian food.
We are a growing company and are looking for a chef who would like to grow with the brand.
You will be working food beverage experts, and will be given the task of handling all 4 brands.
Chef Responsibility:
1. Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
2. Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
3. Overseeing all kitchen operations.
4. Coordinating with kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
5. Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
6. Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing order to replenish stock.
7. Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
8.Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.

10. Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.
Chef Requirements:
1. Culinary school degree/diploma.
2. Past experience as a working HEAD chef.
3. Advance knowledge of the culinary arts.
4. Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control.
5. Portfolio of creative, unique dishes.
6. Expert multitasking ability.
7. Great leadership and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to run stocktaking and place orders for resupply.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
