We are a Sequoia-backed SaaS startup building an AI-native Marketing, Support & Sales suite for e-commerce brands.
We're currently working with 3000+ e-commerce brands globally across 50+ countries.
This is a true business generalist role that involves working closely with our CEO on cross-functional initiatives. It's an intense, always-on, high-impact role.
The role will involve solving high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — bringing clarity, driving execution, and delivering outcomes.
• Solving funnel leakages in Sales
• Shaping pricing/packaging strategies
• Driving outcomes on critical KPIs in Customer Success
• Own and drive key partnerships (e.g. payment providers, enablement tools)
• Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR
• Support strategic hiring efforts
• Drive revenue and capacity planning
• Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards
What Makes You A Good Fit?
• Early stage startup experience on the business side
• Ability to context-switch between domains (support → sales → HR)
