Export Executive (Pharmaceutical Industry)
Roles and Responsibilities
Preparing pre shipment Export documents for Shipping & Clearance. Sending Quotations, Purchase orders to various suppliers. Taking follow up of related documents like Purchase Invoice, Packing List,COA, Manutacturing Licences of related orders. Coordinating and follow up with CHA and transporter for the consignment to ship on time.
Taking rates from Freight forwarder for All shipment and negotiate the rates as and when required. Sending the full set of documents for passing in custom.
Checking and finalizing checklist for timely filing of shipping bill and Bill of Lading. Coordinating and planning the shipment with marketing and dispatch team. Preparing Post Shipment documents as per Bank LC terms. Checking LC draft received from buyer. Preparing and processing DGFT documentation for updated License.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Should have good oral written communication skills. . Proficient computer skills, including Mircrosoft office Word, Excel, Power Point. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong negotiation skills, good aptitude for problem solving. Candidate from pharmaceutical industries shall be preferred
Work Experience :
Work experience: 3 – 8 years’ experience in regulatory affairs.
