Position- Executive - Commercial
Experience- 2 to 5years
Location- Bhandup East, Mumbai
Salary- upto 24k
Job Description for the position of Executive - Commercial
Job Purpose To ensure invoicing, dispatches, goods transfers and receipts in compliance with applicable laws.
Responsibility Indicative Activities Key Performance
Indicators
Raising of Invoices Review & release of dispatch notes created by Store accountants.
Timely & project wise
accurate invoice
accounting
Maintain reasonable
database and circulate
reliable MIS w.r.t
Inward, Outward,
Sales, Purchase &
Inventory on monthly
basis.
Creates the invoices in Tally / ERP, E-Way bill & E-invoicing in line with dispatch notes
created by Store accountants.
Real time tracking for goods movement within the warehouse, warehouses in other
cities and third-party locations including Job workers.
Ensure all inwards at respective stores are being recorded and reconciled on daily basis
and documents are handed over to accounts & finance on weekly basis.
Review the daily goods movement report and ensure the all postings are being done at
respective stores.
Prepare monthly GSTR-1 report and share with Accounts & Finance for GST filling.
Ensure invoicing of all goods in line with predefined price master.
Timely escalation to reporting Manager & Head - Commercial (HO)
Contract Billing (RA-
Bill to clients)
Validate the cumulative RA Bill status with project accountant for raising correct tax
invoice in Tally / ERP
Determine correct HSN code and GST liability for raising tax invoice
Issue the invoice & share with client through authorized channel of communication
such as emails/ hand delivery and maintain documentation of the same
Accounting of debit note / credit note basis the approved / agreed adjustments
Inventory records Ensure the complete and accurate inventory accounting basis the inward and outward
inputs provided by Store accountants.
Review of warehouse wise inventory on a daily basis and ensure the correctness on real
time basis.
Review and prepare the item wise & warehouse wise inventory valuation report to
Management on monthly basis
Mandatory requirements:
1. Open to travel to all the sites in India including remote locations.
2. Travel to Regional offices in MP, MH and other states
