As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of the club, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. You will ensure the highest quality of food and service to meet the expectations of our guest. Collaboration with other departments and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards are essential in this role. Qualifications • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment • Expertise in various cooking techniques and cuisines • Strong leadership and management skills • Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation • Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification • Knowledge of local and international culinary trends • Passion for culinary excellence and creativity "
