We, at Shaurya Capital, are a boutique Family office and Investment banking and real estate firm specializing in Mergers/acquisitions and wealth advisory to HNIs and Industrialists. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
Location: Delhi
Responsibilities:
· Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
· Provide general administrative support to the office as needed
· Assist with project management and coordination of various initiatives across the organization
· Conduct research and compile data as needed
· Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, events, and conferences
Requirements:
· 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
· Knowledge of the financial services industry and/or real estate industry is preferred
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Bachelor's degree preferred
Salary budget- 6- 8 LPA depending on experience
