Position: Executive Assistant / Personal Secretary

Job Location: Bangalore (Peenya Industrial Layout).

Education: Any Graduation.

Experience: 8-15yrs.

Notice period: Immediate.

No of Positions : 1

Role Responsibilities:

Looking for people who has experience in secretarial activities and should be able to assist Chairperson.
This role demands to work 6 days a week and depending on the need should be available on Sunday's as well.
Should have prior experience as Executive Assistant / PA to Chairperson / MD/CEO level.
Should have experience in Calendar Management, scheduling internal and external meetings.
Should be well versed with secretarial activities.
Should be flexible to working hours.
Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
