About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Intern to support senior management in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations, communication, scheduling, and executive support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required.
Maintain records, documents, and confidential information.
Follow up on assigned tasks and track deadlines.
Assist in travel arrangements, event coordination, and administrative activities.
Handle email correspondence and routine communication.
Support management in various operational and organizational tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or final-year student from any discipline.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of business communication and documentation.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
