Executive Assistant – Jewellery Industry
**Experience:** 4-5 years
**Industry:** Jewellery background preferred
We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Executive Assistant** to support senior management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Handle emails, calls, documentation, and confidential information.
* Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and business associates.
* Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and meeting minutes.
* Ensure timely follow-ups and completion of assigned tasks.
* Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to management.
**Requirements:**
* 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant/PA.
* Jewellery industry experience preferred. * Excellent communication, co-ordination, and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and email management.
* Professional, discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented. *
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
