We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Founder & Director. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing schedules, strategic initiatives, stakeholder communication, business reporting, and execution across multiple healthcare centers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOMs).
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
