About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Director of a diverse and growing group of businesses operating throughout the Kimberley region of Western Australia.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced corporate professional returning to the workforce who is looking for flexibility around family commitments and school hours while still wanting to be involved in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
The position is Perth-based and primarily work-from-home, and in house office when director is in Perth, with occasional travel to the Kimberley several times per year to gain firsthand knowledge of the businesses, projects, and people within the group.

The Initial Program
The successful applicant will:
Travel north for an initial induction and familiarisation visit.
Meet the leadership team and key managers.
Visit the various businesses and projects.
Gain an understanding of how the group structure operates.
Develop an understanding of the Director’s priorities, communication style, and workflow.
Following this induction period, the role will transition to a flexible Perth-based work-from-home arrangement and directors office.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Assistant Support
Manage the Director’s calendar and appointments.
Coordinate meetings and schedules.
Book flights, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
Organise itineraries and travel logistics.
Prepare agendas and meeting notes.
Follow up outstanding actions and commitments.
Communication & Task Management
Maintain action lists and project registers.
Prompt and remind the Director of priorities and deadlines.
Coordinate communication between management teams.
Assist with email management and correspondence.
Ensure tasks are delegated and followed through.
Business Oversight & Coordination
Assist with monitoring and prompting across:
Property portfolio
Insurance portfolio
Retail operations
Financial reporting deadlines
Project timelines
Lease renewals
Compliance requirements
Strategic planning initiatives
Forward Planning
Assist with quarterly and annual planning.
Coordinate project timelines.
Maintain rolling priority lists.
Track key deliverables across the group.
Support operational and strategic initiatives.
About You
The ideal candidate may be:
An experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
A former corporate professional returning to work.
A parent seeking flexibility around school hours.
Highly organised and proactive.
Comfortable working independently.
Confident communicating with managers and professionals.
Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Skills & Experience
Previous PA, EA, administration, or executive support experience.
Strong organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience using Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
Calendar and diary management experience.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience in property, finance, retail, or project administration would be advantageous.
Flexible Working Arrangement
25–38 hours per week.
Monday to Friday.
Flexible hours that can work around school schedules.
Work from home in Perth.
Increased hours available during key project periods.
Occasional travel to the Kimberley region.

Pay: $38.00 – $40.00 per hour
