Salary Range: Up to $120,+72 . Package includes salary ($+7,027 - $107,05+), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

The Role

The Executive Assistance Administrative Officer provides a range of timely, expert and professional executive level administrative, secretarial and day-to-day operational support services to the Ombudsman and Senior Executives to facilitate the delivery of business operations and to support the Senior Executive/s achievement of organisational objectives.


About you

You have demonstrated experience in performing Secretarial duties, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and drafting agendas, assisting with preparation of papers, attending meetings and taking minutes.
You’re a skilled communicator, including the ability to communicate effectively with our diverse stakeholders prepare correspondence.
You have demonstrated experience dealing with sensitive or complex issues.
You have demonstrated experience in analysing, assessing and prioritising requests for executive support.
