Job Title: Executive Accounts Experience Required: 2+ Years Location: Bengaluru (Wonderla Resort) Job Description Preparing the MIS on daily & Monthly basis as per the prescribed format. Collecting the cash & Sales bills from front office & other outlets on daily basis. Reconciling the main cash and same to be deposited to the bank through collection agent. Reconciling the Card & UPI payments on daily basis. Checking the Bill to company invoices and sending the credit invoices to company to collect the amount. Preparing the debtors outstanding ageing & to be circulated to all concerned on weekly basis. Checking the bank statement on daily basis to account the receipts for the amount received towards outstanding receivable. Accounting of revenue after verifying the night audit report and sharing the interface file to AR head on daily basis. Verification of E-Invoices generated. If any E-Invoice is not generated, check with Winhms team to get the E-Invoice. Coordination with BD team regularly to get the collections status for the outstanding amounts receivable. Monthly GST details as B2C, B2B, HSN code wise details to be sent to GST Lead for GST filing. Accounting & Reconciliation of Online bookings & tracking of the amount collection. Coordinating with Internal audit/Statutory audit and providing the required details related to resort. Handling petty cash payments. Verification and processing the Travel agent commission. Requirements Hotel/Hospitality industry experience is mandatory. 2+ Years of experience required. Education: B.Com/M.Com.
