Job Summary: We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and preparing financial statements. Accountant responsibilities include checking financial documents, reconciling bank statements and preparing financial statements. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
Responsibilities: Assist the seniors in -
• Managing all accounting transactions
• Publishing financial statements in time
• Handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconciling accounts payable and receivable
• Managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Book Keeping and data entry
Requirements:
• 0-2 Years work experience as an Accountant
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks (Not mandatory)
• Basic MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Experience & Conceptual clarity with general ledger
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Full-Time job (10.30 am to 7.30 pm IST or 2.30 pm to 11.30 pm IST)
• M. Com. Or MBA (Finance) Completed. BCom. With experience of 2- 3 yrs. can apply too
• Salary: competitive and based on experience and qualifications
• Should be able to commit for 2 years of employment (Retention or Bond)
• Understanding of English language must – Written English proficiency is must
Candidates based at Ahmedabad will be preferred who can either join immediately or in a Month
