We're looking for enthusiastic and responsible Event Volunteer to join our event crew for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, weddings, concerts and brand activations across Jaipur.
If you enjoy interacting with people, working in a dynamic environment and being part of exciting events, we'd love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist guests
• Registration & check-in management
• Usher guests to designated areas
• Support event hospitality and guest relations
• Assist with help desk and information counters
• Coordinate with the event team for smooth operations
• Manage queues and attendee flow
• Provide on-ground support during events
Requirements
• Good communication skills
• Presentable and well-groomed
• Positive attitude and professional behaviour
• Punctual and reliable
• Freshers are welcome
• Prior event experience is an added advantage
