Let’s Dance With Me Studio – Naples, Florida
Compensation:
$35–45 per hour based on experience, qualifications, equipment, and event requirements.

About Us
Let’s Dance With Me Studio is one of Southwest Florida’s leading ballroom and Latin dance organizations, hosting dance showcases, competitions, team matches, social events, cruises, interviews, promotional productions, and community events throughout the year.
We are seeking an experienced Event Videographer to become a long-term content partner for our organization.
Our goal is to find a reliable professional capable of consistently capturing high-quality cinematic footage that showcases the excitement, emotion, energy, and transformation experienced by our students and clients.
Responsibilities
Film live dance events, showcases, team matches, competitions, social parties, and special events
Capture interviews, testimonials, and promotional content
Film walk-and-talk style content
Capture audience reactions, behind-the-scenes footage, and candid moments
Capture smooth movement shots using professional stabilization equipment
Operate independently and professionally during live events
Organize and deliver all raw footage following each event
Required Experience
Professional event videography experience
Experience filming weddings, entertainment events, performances, sports events, luxury events, or similar environments
Strong understanding of composition, camera movement, lighting, storytelling, and event coverage
Ability to work in fast-paced live event environments
Strong communication skills and professional appearance
Required Equipment
Professional mirrorless or cinema camera system
Professional gimbal stabilization system
Multiple professional lenses suitable for event coverage and low-light environments
Professional audio equipment for interviews and testimonials
Sufficient batteries, storage media, and backup equipment for extended events

Sony A7S III
Sony A7 IV
Sony FX30
Canon R6 Mark II
Canon R5
Canon C70
DJI RS4, RS4 Pro, Ronin Series, or equivalent professional gimbal
Drone equipment strongly preferred
FAA Part 107 Drone Certification preferred
Deliverables
This position is focused primarily on filming and content capture.
Video editing is not required.
Videographer responsibilities include:
Capturing high-quality footage
Organizing footage into folders
Uploading footage to cloud storage or transferring footage to an external hard drive
Delivering all raw footage promptly following each event

Three to five event videos personally filmed by the applicant
Complete equipment list including:
Which camera was used
Which lens was used
Which gimbal was used (if applicable)

Which portions of the video were personally filmed by the applicant

Audience interaction
