Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the point person for planning events, conferences, and meetings at Stryker, and ensuring that they run smoothly
Plan, coordinate, and execute all events, conferences, and meetings at Stryker
Ensure all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of stakeholders
Manage event budgets and ensure costs are kept within the allocated budget
Manage and utilize event planning software to track details and progress of events
Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders throughout the event planning process
Develop efficient and effective strategies to ensure event success
Remain organized, multitask, and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
Manage and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to provide the best value for Stryker
Utilize problem-solving skills to anticipate and resolve potential challenges
