• Keep client requests, booking details, and communication history accurately documented.
• Reply quickly to client questions with professional, clear, and service-oriented communication.
• Work with scheduling tools and basic digital systems to monitor tasks and manage event information efficiently.
• Guide clients throughout the planning process so their experience remains smooth and enjoyable.
