• Handle international process roles based on applied domain (Sales, Tech Support, SEO, Collections)
• Achieve individual targets and ensure quality customer interactions
• Handle inbound and outbound calls (where applicable) with professionalism
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure service level agreements are met
• For SEO profiles: Execute optimization strategies, perform keyword analysis, and manage technical SEO
• Stay updated with domain-specific trends (Travel, Tech, SEO, Collections)
