Job Description
We're Hiring — Event Planner | Premium Celebrations & Client Servicing
📍 Noida | Full-Time | On-Site
💼 3–5 Years Experience | ₹4.8L – ₹8L CTC
At Dream Lamhe (a unit of Namo Corptech Pvt. Ltd.), we handle weddings, anniversaries, milestone birthdays, corporate gatherings, and private luxury functions — the kind of events where the client has waited years for this one day.
We don't need someone to manage a checklist.
We need someone who owns the outcome.
What this actually looks like day-to-day:
→ Client calls, WhatsApp threads, emails — you're the one point of contact they trust
→ Coordinating hotels, decorators, makeup artists, anchors, photographers, logistics — all at once
→ Building planning sheets that don't fall apart when things shift last minute
→ Being on-ground on event day, not watching from the side — in it
→ Converting leads by understanding what a family actually wants, not just what they're asking for
Who fits:
You've spent 3–5 years in event planning, wedding management, hotel banquet sales, or luxury hospitality. You speak English and Hindi with equal confidence. Weekends don't scare you — they're when the real work happens.
Bonus: You've handled HNI clients or families planning once-in-a-lifetime events. You know the difference between a client who needs reassurance and one who needs space.
