Event Planner

We're looking for someone to own the entire event experience — from the moment a client walks in to the moment their guests leave talking about it.

What you'll own
• The client journey from booking to farewell — you are their single point of contact
• Package and format design: building celebration experiences people happily pay a premium for
• Event-day command: on the floor, running a zero-defect standard
• A vendor panel of 25+ partners — décor, catering, AV, entertainment
• A team of event executives and banquet staff you'll train and grow
• The playbook every future Veloria venue will run on

You're right for this if
• 6–10 years in banquets, venues, or premium event delivery, with team leadership experience
• You've run 50+ events end-to-end, including large-format
• You think commercially — you know what a discount does to your margin
• You have a real vendor network in Bengaluru and the standing to negotiate
• You're excellent with clients: warm, composed, and credible with affluent families and corporate buyers
• Weekends are event days for you, and that's fine
