Job Description
Senior Executive Event (1-3 Yrs Exp) / Bangalore:-
Sonar Conectar Media & Entertainment LLP - is a Bangalore based experiential marketing and event management company specializing in mall activations, décor installations, and brand engagement events across India. Founded in 2015, the company has successfully executed 5000+ projects for 150+ brands, creating innovative experiences that drive customer engagement and footfalls.
Now we are looking for a proactive and highly organized senior executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination: Assist in managing day-to-day client communication via calls, emails, and meetings.
Requirement Gathering: Support senior team members in understanding client briefs, capturing requirements accurately, and relaying them to the creative and production teams.
Project & Operations Support: Track project milestones, follow up on pending tasks, and help ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with Creative, Production facilitates smooth execution of events and experiential setups.
Client Servicing: Attend client meetings and take notes, and assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and post-event reports.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project trackers, prepare status updates, and compile reports for internal review and client sharing.
Learning & Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends in experiential design, events, and branding to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented approach to client needs.
Experience: 1–3 years in Client Servicing / Operations / Event Management / Marketing or related fields.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Communications.
Preferred: Postgraduate Diploma or MBA in Event Management or Marketing
LOCATION - BANGALORE
JOB TYPE - FULL TIME
TIMINGS - 10 am to 7 pm
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
