Job Description
Are you passionate about event management and looking for hands-on experience in organizing unforgettable events Join Classique Events as an Event Management intern! As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, develop your skills, and gain valuable insights into the world of event planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in coordinating and executing various events, from corporate conferences to social gatherings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless event operations.
• Conduct research and assist in developing event proposals and presentations.
• Assist in budget management and financial tracking for events.
• Help with on-site event management, including set-up, coordination, and troubleshooting.
• Utilize MS-Office to create event schedules, timelines, and other necessary documents.
• Provide support in post-event evaluation and analysis to improve future event planning strategies.
About Company: We are an event planning & management company based out of South Delhi. We are into corporate events, private parties, and weddings. Our founder is a CA and lawyer, following his passion to grow his brand since 2019. He believes in growing with the people.
