Job Description
End-to-end facility operations, leading customer engagement and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Event planning, marketing initiatives, and revenue growth ensure seamless execution of corporate and birthday events.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure smooth functioning and high service standards.
Lead customer engagement and ensure an exceptional hospitality experience for all guests.
Interact with customers and brief them about the escape games.
Support in planning, executing, and following up on conducting events for promotions, marketing, and brand-building.
Managing and hosting birthday parties, corporate events, and gatherings that come to Breakout.
Communicate effectively with the customers to drive interest and excitement.
Customer Service and Hospitality
Experience: 0 to 3 years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
