Key Responsibilities
Assist in event planning and scheduling
Coordinate with vendors, artists, venues, and internal teams
Manage on-ground event logistics and operations
Ensure timely setup, rehearsals, and breakdown
Maintain checklists, reports, and event documentation

Strong organizational and communication skills
