Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Event Campaign Strategist to join our team in Jaipur on a full-time basis. This role requires between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative event campaign strategies to enhance our brand presence and maximize event success. This is a unique opportunity to work in a creative environment and contribute to impactful event experiences.
Qualifications and Skills
• Experience in event planning with a knack for organizing engaging and successful events that meet client objectives and brand standards.
• Proficiency in campaign management to effectively plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall event goals.
• Strong budgeting skills to manage financial resources wisely, providing cost-effective solutions that do not compromise quality.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members, clearly conveying ideas and plans effectively.
• Solid project management capabilities to oversee multiple events and tasks while adhering to deadlines and ensuring seamless execution.
• Must possess strong marketing strategy skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively position events and engage target audiences.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions to enhance event experiences and brand presence.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working well with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive event campaign strategies to align with client goals and enhance brand visibility.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions to meet specific objectives.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and resource-efficient without compromising quality.
• Plan and oversee the execution of events, including logistics, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source venues, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Conduct post-event analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement to optimize future events and campaigns.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and competitors to apply best practices and innovative approaches in event planning.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams to facilitate smooth event execution and optimize team performance.
