What You’ll Be Doing
Partners with the Social Media team to ensure proper advertisement of all the hiring requirements.
Ensures deliverables are routed to proper leadership/respective stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Serves as Liaison between Hiring Manager and Talent Acquisition, and takes all conference calls which directly involve hiring pace and upcoming Recruiting Pace Plans.
Develops and executes regular recruiting activities that promote the company to the labor market and maintains a record of these events.
Leads the Talent Acquisition team and assists them in meeting their center hiring goals. Read more
