Description
As an Estimations Coordinator you will play a key role in helping our Trade Customers transform their project from a building plan to a finished build. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to prepare tailored building material estimation quotes, negotiate pricing, manage changes, and offer expert product advice to create a customer experience that keeps them coming back.
Turn project briefs obtained from Account Managers into accurate, timely estimation quotations for our trade customers
Act as the key point of contact for estimation queries, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to manage job workflows and deliver responsive solutions-focused service
Ensure all quotations align with system pricing and discounts
Proactively follow up on quotes, maintain up-to-date documentation, and communicate regularly with all stakeholders
Permanent full-time role based at PlaceMakers Mt Wellington offering 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
About You:
Success in this role means managing multiple projects, being adaptable and staying sharp to spot issue, solve problem and keep workflows moving. You’ll bring relevant experience from a quoting, pricing or estimations role ideally with knowledge of building products and materials, or the building and construction industry.
Bring a strong work ethic, approachable nature and committed to delivering great service
Ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform under pressure
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships at all levels
Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
Tech-savvy, comfortable working across multiple systems with strong data entry skills
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is advantageous
