Job Title: Estimation EngineerDepartment: Projects / EstimationLocation: Kalyan Nagar, BangaloreExperience Required: 34 YearsReporting To: CEOCompany OverviewOru client is a leading design-to-delivery firm offering end-to-end project execution solutions in the fields of architecture, interior fit-outs, construction, and infrastructure development. With a strong focus on quality, speed, and innovation, and they deliver customized solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial projects.Role SummaryWe are seeking a Civil Engineer with 34 years of experience in BoQ preparation, cost estimation, and site coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in estimating project costs, preparing tender documents, and coordinating with site teams and vendors to ensure accurate costing and timely submissions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare Bill of Quantities (BoQ) based on drawings, specifications, and site inputs Perform detailed cost estimation for civil, interior, and MEP works Collect and analyze market rates for materials and subcontractor pricing Support tender preparation, submission, and follow-up activities Liaise with project and procurement teams for material and cost validations Review and validate subcontractor quotes against internal estimates Conduct site visits (if required) to verify quantities and gather execution data Assist in budget planning, variation claims, and rate analysis Required Qualifications & SkillsB.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering 34 years of experience in estimation and cost planning for construction/interior fit-out projects Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Candy/Buildsoft or equivalent) Strong understanding of material specifications, rate analysis, and vendor coordination Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills Preferred AttributesPrior experience in turnkey or interior fit-out project estimation Exposure to tendering procedures in both private and government projects Good communication and reporting skills Willingness to travel for site assessments when required Why Join UsBe a part of a fast-paced, quality-driven project environment Work on diverse and technically challenging projects Learn and grow with an experienced, collaborative team Opportunity for long-term growth in a project-focused organization Skills: boq preparation,estimation software (e.g., candy/buildsoft),cost estimation,analytical skills,site coordination,estimation,vendor coordination,construction,rate analysis,autocad,boq,civil engineer,material specifications,ms excel,project
