Consulting with market vendors to discuss cost estimates
traveling to job sites to gather information on material, labor and other factors.
Discussion with site team for material update and make report project wise.
Identifying and quantifying all cost factors involved in the project.
Using computer software to calculate cost estimates.
Preparing & presenting cost reports to management
Reviewing expenditure statements during all phases of the project.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or degree in engineering, construction management or similar field.
Proven work experience as a cost estimator.
