Key Responsibilities:
Sustainability Reporting
The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of the Bank's annual sustainability report using GRI and IR frameworks with external assurance. This involves collecting and analyzing data to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Preparation of the annual Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) and other ESG-related disclosures in the Bank's annual report.
• Responding to ESG ratings and assessment platforms, including DJSI, FTSE4Good Index, MSCI ESG Ratings, and others.
Engagement and Liaison:
The candidate will engage with internal departments and the Bank's subsidiaries to drive ESG initiatives. This includes supporting the management of the ESG Committee of the Board and liaising with stakeholders.
Communication and Response:
The successful candidate will respond to ESG-linked queries, questionnaires, or communications from investors, regulators, and others. This requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze complex information.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability reporting, ESG principles, and stakeholder engagement. They should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as experience working with various ESG frameworks and standards.
