Escrow Specialist

A reputable and expanding company is seeking an experienced Escrow Specialist to join their dynamic team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who take pride in managing transactions from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless and professional closing experience for all parties involved.
The Escrow Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the complete escrow process, including document preparation, client communication, and verifying that all financial and legal prerequisites are met accurately prior to closing and fund disbursement.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee escrow files from pre-closing, through closing, to post-closing.
• Prepare necessary documents such as deeds, escrow instructions, title documents, and closing packages.
• Review and reconcile closing disclosures and final statements with lenders.
• Coordinate with clients, agents, and lenders to facilitate timely closings.
• Maintain precise records and ensure proper fund management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years in Title & Escrow experience.
• Proven ability to manage files independently from start to finish.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple files simultaneously.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
Salary: $80,000 - $130,000
