Job Description
Title : Sr. Associate/Executive Human Resources (Employee Relations)
Role Summary The Employee Relations Executive is responsible for maintaining a positive, fair and compliant work environment by handling employee grievances, advising managers on people practices and ensuring adherence to company policies and labour laws. The role partners with HR and business leaders to drive engagement, discipline and dispute resolution. Responsibilities:
To take care of all aspects of employee connects post recruitment till exit.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns and grievances and ensure timely resolution
Driving compliance activities, employee connects & Provides guidance regarding personnel policies and procedures.
Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees and managers to maintain a healthy work climate
Handling Employee grievances and providing appropriate resolutions for the same.
Engaging Employees in Fun Activities, Conducting Festival Events, and motivating employees through R&R Activity
Preparing & Publishing weekly and Monthly Dashboards.
Taking care of Exit formalities Requirements
Postgraduate in HR or related field.
1–5 years of experience in HR,
Strong interpersonal, counselling and conflict-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Strong documentation, report writing and MS Office skills.
Should have Good Communication Skill.
Flexible to work for 6 days Ready to work from Office
