Key Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems
Troubleshoot heating and cooling issues efficiently
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system performance
Follow EPA regulations and safety standards
Document completed work and communicate maintenance needs
Required Qualifications
EPA Certification required
Prior apartment or residential HVAC experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
Ability to work independently during scheduled hours

Pay Rate: $24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Contract
Start Date: IMMEDIATE
