Ltd. is a40+ year-old engineering firm specialising in wastewater treatment solutions, with1000+ client engagements and 100+ STPs/ETPs under O&Macross residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.Our work focuses onensuring regulatory compliance, improving treatment performance, and enabling water reuse through sustainable engineering solutions.Position Details:Location:Head Office in Whitefield, BengaluruReporting To:Head- Engineering & ServicesCompensation:Based on previous pay and experience as per industry standardsRole OverviewTheEnvironmental Engineer- Serviceswill assist in managing multiple decentralizedSTP and ETP sites, ensuring stable plant operations, regulatory compliance, and effective client coordination.This role provideshands-on exposure to wastewater treatment operations, troubleshooting, technical audits, and plant optimisation, making it ideal for engineers early in their careers who want strong field and operational experience.Key Responsibilities1.Plant Operations & Site ManagementSupport management of15- 20 decentralized STP/ETP sites in BengaluruMonitor plant performance includingeffluent quality, MLSS levels, chemical dosing, and energy consumption etc.Conductregular site visits and operational inspectionsEnsure compliance withprescribed discharge and reuse standards by NGT/ PCB2.Technical Support & TroubleshootingAssist inidentifying process, mechanical, and operational issuesSupport root cause analysis and implementation ofcorrective measuresWork with field teams to stabilise plant performance3.Client Coordination & DocumentationAssist as atechnical contact for clients and facility managersDocument site communications and reports viaemail and SharePointSupport preparation ofmonthly O&M reports and performance summaries4.Repairs & MaintenanceIdentify opportunities forRepairs & Maintenance (R&M)and plant improvementsAssist in preparingR&M quotations and maintaining trackersSupport preventive maintenance planning with mechanics and field teams5.Operations CoordinationCoordinate withQ&T officers, mechanics, and operatorsTrackpreventive maintenance schedules and site activitiesSupportAMC invoicing, collections, and renewal trackingQualification and ExperienceBE/BTech or MTech in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering12+ years of experiencein STP/ETP operations, design, or wastewater projectsBasic understanding ofbiological treatment processes (EAAS/MBR), tertiary treatment, and sludge handlingAbility to readP&IDs, process flow diagrams, and plant layoutsWhy Join us?Hands-on experience inreal wastewater treatment plants across BengaluruOpportunity to work onplant optimisation, audits, and upgradesExposure toresidential, commercial, and industrial treatment systemsWork with a40+ year engineering legacy in wastewater treatmentApply:send your CV toapply@ecotech-india.com
