Responsibilities
Engage with customers and providing options for business services
Assist clients with account information, service details, and troubleshooting using clear communication and active listening skills
Enter customer data accurately into company systems
Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new services
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences
Support client services by resolving issues efficiently and escalating complex problems when necessary
Contribute to team success by sharing insights, participating in training sessions, and continuously improving your technical knowledge
Qualifications
Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus
Previous experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service orientation with a positive attitude
