We are looking for self-motivated, professional individuals to join our Sales Development team. Our next Sales Rep will work with our sales and marketing team to learn each aspect of our company. As a goal-oriented company, this position is perfect for someone looking to jump-start their business, marketing, and sales career.

At this time, this is an ENTRY LEVEL, in-person position! Local candidates are encouraged to apply!

Job Responsibilities:
• Learn our client campaigns and how we approach each store
• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate with coworkers and upper-level management
• Thoroughly answer customer questions
• Track personal and team sales numbers

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of customer service/sales/marketing experience (preferred)
• 1-3 years of retail experience (preferred)
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business/marketing (preferred)

This is an entry-level position, so experience in sales or customer service is strongly preferred but NOT REQUIRED. All representatives go through hands-on training with our leadership core. Read more
