This opportunity is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in hospitality, retail and customer service. Candidates with no experience will be considered as full training is provided.
Salary: LDI + Uncapped Commission | OTE $75,000 – $110,000 +
About the role:
This role is centred on professional client engagement and mastering business acumen.
Client Engagement: Conduct high-quality client interactions through face-to-face outreach.
Active Listening: Build rapport and actively listen to diagnose customer impulse, allowing you to tailor customised solutions.
Presentation: Present professionally and authentically, clearly articulating product benefits and expertly handling common sales objections.
Skill Mastery: Collaborate daily with your dedicated trainer and participate in continuous sales training, management training and professional development.
What We are looking for:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Age 18 or above
Eligibility for full-time
Eligible to work in Australia
Able to commute to Sydney Central daily
Excited about living on the Gold Coast in 2027!
