Job Description
Entry Level Insurance - Inbound Retention
Located in Parramatta CBD - close to public transport, shopping and cafes
Full time permanent opportunities with hybrid flexibility

3-4 months of training provided in modern state of the art office
Hours are Monday to Friday, between +.00am - 6.00pm
Start date: October 2026

About The Role
This is a permanent full-time customer service & sales call centre opportunity, reporting to the Retention's Team Leader. You will be responsible for for maximising outbound and inbound call opportunities to promote and retain existing members who have indicated they wish to cancel and win back members who have left the fund by managing member issues and price, product or claim related concerns.
Handling inbound and outbound calls from members who have cancelled or indicated they wish to cancel with the aim to retain their business
Deliver exceptional service by demonstrating members needs are understood and handled
Work towards KPIs and service targets and ensure adherence to compliance
Your Skills & Experience
Previous customer service experience from retail, hospitality, banking etc (call centre experience desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving skills whilst working under pressure
Ability to work well within a team
Passion for serving customers
