Role Description:
This is a flexible, remote opportunity for an Entry-Level Financial Services Representative.
In this role, you will work directly with individuals and families to help them better understand their financial options, including protection, savings, and wealth-building strategies. You’ll be responsible for guiding clients through solutions that align with their goals while building your own book of business over time.
This position is ideal for individuals seeking a performance-driven environment with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow into leadership or agency ownership.
What You’ll Do:
Educate clients on financial fundamentals and available solutions
Assist individuals with strategies related to protection, savings, and long-term planning
Build and maintain client relationships through ongoing support
Develop your own client base through networking, referrals, and outreach
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs
What We’re Looking For:
Background in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles (preferred, not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Interest in financial services, personal development, and leadership growth
