Key Responsibilities:
• * Inputting text and numerical information from source documents into the computer system.
• * Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it with source documents.
• * Updating and maintaining data integrity within the database.
• * Generating reports based on inputted data as required.
• * Responding to inquiries regarding data and information.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• * Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position will be advantageous.
• * Fast typing skills with an eye for detail.
• * Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• * Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience:
Previous data entry experience preferred but not required.
Working Hours:
Part-time, flexible hours. Approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• * Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• * Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• * Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• * Familiarity with data entry processes and software.
