Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager:

Engage with existing & new consumers directly to promote the wide array of products and services we offer
Attend sales account meetings and follow up on appointments to build strong client-consumer relationships
Conduct market and territory research with the Entry Level Assistant Manager team to increase brand awareness and optimize company outreach
Deliver sales services that reflect the company’s values, nurturing positive business relationships
Track market & sales trends & record customer interactions, collaborating with management to streamline a smoother overall experience
Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring new Entry Level Assistant Manager team members, ensuring a diverse & well-balanced team
Qualifications of the Entry Level Assistant Manager:

Experience interacting with consumers directly is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills to succeed in sales and customer service
A desire to grow your career as well as within the company
Ability to think strategically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
An associate degree or some college experience is preferred but not required
