We are looking for an enterprising individual with the ZEAL to be a leader in alternate travel.

This is a dynamic Program with responsibilities that can include learning hospitality & revenue management while developing business plans and forecasts for new opportunities.

A 2-year program where you will be responsible for finding new digital transformation initiatives & identifying problems in the industry.

GROWTH PATH

You would be given autonomy to build a team after the initial few months.

The role will eventually lead to ESOPs / Collaborative property opportunities ( YES! we can fund the property with you ) for the leaders surviving the program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Learn end-to-end property management & operations
• Develop Guest Journey & SOPs with the team to understand revenue cycle & optimisation.
• Create a Knowledge base for productizing operations
• Manage content creation & communications
• Lead the digital transformation of the company (eg: manage web development, paid media ads, content creation & distribution etc.)
• Preparing briefs and marketing collateral
• Managing growth partnerships
• Lead initiatives for experiences and trips, represented digitally on company collateral to boost revenue.
• Identify new Markets & Alternate lodging properties meeting our metrics

REQUIREMENTS

· A driven individual who is digitally savvy ( knowledge of Technology & digital marketing required ) - Background in tech / data science is preferred

· Passionate about travel and hospitality

· Extrovert with exceptional communication skills

· Organized with attention to detail - Past experience of creating a knowledge base would be preferred

· Self-learning with a problem-solving attitude

· Eager to take responsibility
