Job Description
White Horse Manpower Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring skilled professionals for Enterprise Sales Operations & Sales Orders Specialist roles. We are seeking candidates with strong experience in sales operations, quote-to-cash processes, order management, and customer order execution with high accuracy and SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as Subject Matter Expert for high-complexity sales transactions across the sales lifecycle
Support Inside Sales operations including lead-to-quote, deal registration, and customer order entry
Execute sales transactions with high accuracy and within SLA timelines
Review and validate quotes, sales orders, and deal submissions for completeness
Investigate complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions
Independently manage escalations related to process or transaction issues
Participate in daily huddles and share insights on risks, bottlenecks, and trends
Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge base documents
Train and onboard new hires on sales processes and internal tools
Support change management initiatives for tools and process improvements
Participate in client calls to resolve issues and clarify requirements
Identify process gaps and recommend efficiency improvements
Ensure compliance with governance, quality, and process standards
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 25 Days
Qualification: Any Graduate
