Job Description
Job Title: Enterprise Legal Application Executive
Location: Pune
Education Background: LLB
Role Maturity: 5 years of solid experience on Legal Application function implementation such as Legal Matter Management, Legal Hold, Cyber Security etc. Proficient in functional, processing,
documentation, exploring and providing functional support on the related applications.
Certification: Certification in Onit and other ELM platforms
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Function workflow troubleshooting and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to appropriate section
- Responsible for monitoring and responding to open tickets submitted through an incident management system
- Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents
- Progress issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to departmental initiatives
- Responsible for improving and documenting processes around application support
- Work collaboratively with Account Managers on change requests, managing issues and establishing priorities
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Knowledge of platforms and software and their workflows like SAP, Jira, etc. will be an added advantage
- Conduct legal research to explore knowledge of Legal platforms
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Matter Management, Legal Operations, Legal Compliance and
- Securities is preferred
- Proficient in legal solutions and platforms
Additional Skills:
- Able to communicate efficiently with customers across geo
- Should be able to work independently
- Keen to understand services in scope and conducting related quality checks/analysis
- Proficient in using MS Office suite and features
- Understand workflows and operating procedures
- Analytical and review skills
- Able to prioritize the activities or task and understands business impact
- Able to manage multiple tasks often with competing deadlines
- Team Player with readiness to learn
- Excellent verbal/written Communication skill
- Flexible to work in shifts as per business requirements
