We are looking for passionate Early Years Educators with English, Spanish, or Mandarin to enrich our unique trilingual environment, helping children thrive through language, culture, and a nurturing early years experience.

Schedule:
Mon - Fri Full Time from 8.00 am - 6.00 pm

Salary
£31,000–£37,500 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Please note that these rates apply after completing a successful three month probation.

We are recruiting:

Level 3 Early Years qualified and above – £37,500
Level 2 Early Years qualified – £33,000
Unqualified with at least 1 year of nursery experience and willing to study towards an Early Years qualification while working – £32,000
Unqualified with a relevant non-uk qualification with at least one year of nursery experience - £31,000
Unqualified with at least 2 years of nursery experience – £31,000
Duties

Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, Peques policies and nursery values.
Safeguard and promote the welfare, wellbeing and safety of all children at all times.
Create a warm, caring, stimulating and inclusive environment for children to learn and develop.
Support children’s physical, emotional, social, intellectual, language and cultural development.
Act as a key person for an allocated group of children, building secure and positive relationships.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and learning opportunities based on children’s needs, interests and stages of development.
Observe, assess and record children’s learning and development accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain children’s records, assessments, progress summaries and online learning journals.
Support children through daily routines, transitions, settling-in, room moves and preparation for school where applicable.
Promote positive behaviour through calm, respectful and developmentally appropriate practice.
Build positive and professional partnerships with parents and carers.
Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, managers and families.
Work effectively as part of the nursery team and contribute to a positive staff culture.
Follow nursery policies, procedures, routines and instructions consistently.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene and confidentiality.
Support an attractive, purposeful and child-focused learning environment indoors and outdoors.
Report any safeguarding, welfare or child protection concerns immediately in line with nursery procedures.
Maintain professional boundaries with children, parents and colleagues at all times.
Sponsorships – Skilled Worker Visa:

We are currently only considering sponsorship applications from candidates already in the UK on a Skilled Worker visa with a relevant teaching SOC code who are seeking to switch employer. This applies to Spanish and Mandarin-speaking applicants only.

Professional Development

We actively support staff who wish to gain their Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification while working with us. You will be able to study alongside your role, with structured mentoring and guidance from experienced colleagues. As you progress through the course, your salary will increase in increments at 50 % and 75% in line with your course progression.
